REFUND/RETURN POLICY
We will exchange/refund customers if you make us aware within 14 days of receiving your goods that you want to cancel or goods are faulty. You then have another 14 days to return the goods in the condition they was sold in.(If these are not recieved within the 14 days items will be refused)
You will then receive a refund within 14 days of us receiving the goods back.
Buyer will have to cover postage cost unless wrong item recieved or faulty.
Refunds
We reserve the right to make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you, i.e., if the item is dirty or damaged and not fully resaleable. The percentage of the value withheld from the refund will be determined by us dependent upon the degree of damage or dirt. We will offer to return the item to you or withhold this value from the refund.
FAULTY ITEMS
Item that are believed to be faulty will be tested and tried. If Items are found to be faulty upon inspection and can not be repaired a replacement will be sent.
